1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:30am-2:30pm + OT as required.

What you´ll do
  • As a Process Technician, you will work with the HPS Engineers and Cell Teams to deliver results in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), QCO/SMED (Quick Changeovers/Single Minute Exchange of Dies), yield, safety, and quality through equipment optimization and process improvements.
  • This position is approximately 80% hands‑on and 20% administrative/training that will report to the Cell Leader, be a member of the HPS (Henkel production Systems) department team, and work closely with HPS Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Automation Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Operations.
  • Train technicians on basic technical skills.

  • Willingness to flex schedule in order to meet business needs, including extended shifts, weekends andholidays if necessary, as well as moving to other shifts to balance skills, results, vacation coverage andtraining opportunities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computer, including Microsoft Word, ExcelAbility to learn and apply advanced control concepts in order to support the manufacturing process
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in current or previous roles.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve issues independently and understand when additional support is neededDemonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team as both a member and leader.

The hourly pay range for this role is $28.30 and $33.20. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
