Job summary

G3 Enterprises in the United States is seeking a results-driven Operations Leader to mentor Supervisors and Team Leaders, ensure quality, cost parameters, and customer satisfaction while directing manufacturing, distribution, and/or operations processes.

You will drive scheduling, staffing, training, cross-functional projects, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives, with travel up to 5% and a focus on Lean and GMP to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of Operations experience in Manufacturing, Logistics or related leadership roles.
• 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience leading direct reports.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record; CA license required within 30 days of hire.
• MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
• Off-shift work may be required; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with Production Management and/or Warehouse Management Systems.
• LEAN methodology familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise day-to-day operations of a group to ensure workflow and targets.
• Develop team to solve operational issues and assist with troubleshooting.
• Train staff on equipment use and execution of work.
• Oversee production, quality, and shipping of manufactured goods.
• Plan staffing to reduce labor costs while meeting schedules and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support HR in performance management and corrective actions.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safety investigations; document findings.
