Job summary

Qualifications

2–4 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Experience in food production is preferred.
Knowledge of GMP/HACCP and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the shift line team to meet performance standards in Safety, Quality, Cost and Efficiency.
Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Conduct regular team meetings to align priorities and recognize achievements.
Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure accountability and high performance.
Oversee daily production activities and resolve issues quickly to maintain line standards.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and lead waste reduction initiatives.
Monitor KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Cost and Efficiency and drive corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety policies and continuous improvement frameworks.
