Job summary

Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. (AFNA) is seeking a SECOND SHIFT production supervisor to lead a line, coach hourly staff, and drive improvements in safety, quality, cost, and efficiency on the production floor.

You will develop daily to monthly production plans, monitor KPIs, and work with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and implement TPM/Lean improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years manufacturing leadership experience.
