Job summary

Stryker Group in New Jersey seeks a manager to lead a team of contributors across locations, overseeing scheduling, technical support, and employee development, including hiring, coaching, and performance appraisals.

You will collaborate with Distribution, Field Operations, Sales, and Marketing to optimize the supply chain, ensure on-time delivery, meet metrics, and uphold regulatory and safety standards while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Must be able to work flexible hours to support business needs.
Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage scheduling, provide technical assistance, and employee development including hiring and performance appraisals.
Supervise several individual contributors across locations.
Collaborate with Distribution, Field Operations, Sales, and Marketing to optimize the supply chain and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Achieve and exceed performance metrics including quality, reliability, inventory, and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, legal, HR policies; promote safe work practices.
Drive operational excellence via team-based, product-focused planning and continuous improvement.
Foster an ethical corporate culture and open communication.
