Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Portage, Michigan, is seeking an Associate Manager, Logistics to lead and support logistics transformation initiatives including distribution center start-ups, network changes, system implementations, and 3PL transitions.

You will partner with IT, Operations, Quality, Procurement and Legal to define requirements, design future-state processes, and drive project execution with planning, UAT, training, change management, and go-live support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent.
• Data analytic skills and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support logistics transformation initiatives including DC start-ups, network changes, system implementations, and 3PL transitions.
• Partner with IT, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Legal and other stakeholders to define requirements and design future-state processes.
• Analyze logistics and supply chain data to support project decisions across distribution, transportation, inventory, order management, quality, and reporting.
• Drive project execution activities including planning, UAT, training, change management, cutover readiness, and go-live support.
• Track milestones, risks, budgets, timelines and deliverables with updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with business and IT to develop requirements, testing strategies, and system solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and ensure operational stability.
