Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Manager in New Jersey to lead a team of contributors across locations, oversee scheduling, tech assistance, and employee development including hiring and performance reviews. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
• Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, providing technical assistance, and employee development including hiring, communicating policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing policies through disciplinary measures.
• Manage several individual contributors across geographically separated locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the supply chain and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure on-time, complete and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Achieve and exceed performance metrics including quality, reliability, inventory, cost reduction and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, legal, corporate and HR policies while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Drive operational excellence through capacity planning, continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Participate in developing a strong ethical corporate culture and open communication.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
