Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based leader to drive OR efficiency and healthcare account performance. You will partner with hospital stakeholders and cross-functional teams to lead huddles, onboard new hires, and manage billing for the account.

The role emphasizes mentorship, process improvements, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across the account, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• CRCS T Certification and HIPAA considerations are preferred.
• Ability to observe minute inconsistencies in print and product appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital and cross-functional team huddles to drive OR efficiency.
• Direct day-to-day team function to ensure account productivity and satisfaction.
• Manage charge sheets and billing for the account.
• Onboard new employees and mentor junior specialists.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and standardization.
