Stryker is seeking a senior logistics transformation lead to drive distribution center startups, network changes, system implementations, and 3PL transitions. 6+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, operations or related fields.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Strong data analytics skills and ability to interpret metrics.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead and support logistics transformation initiatives including distribution center start-ups, network changes, system implementations, and 3PL transitions.
Partner with IT, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Legal, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design future-state processes, and execute transformation projects.
Analyze logistics and supply chain data to support decisions across distribution, transportation, inventory, order management, quality, and reporting functions.
Drive project execution activities including planning, testing, UAT, training, change management, cutover readiness, and go-live support.
Track milestones, risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables and provide updates to project teams and leadership.
Document current-state processes and design future-state solutions for continuous improvement across programs.
