Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial responsibilities including scheduling, technical assistance, and employee development (hiring, policies, coaching, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions).
• Manage several individual contributors across locations.
• Collaborate with Distribution & Field Operations, Sales, Marketing to optimize supply chain and deliver customer service.
• Ensure on-time, complete and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Achieve and exceed performance metrics such as quality, reliability, budgets, productivity, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, legal, corporate, and HR policies; maintain safe working environment.
• Foster corporate culture emphasizing ethical standards and open communication.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
