Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor team members, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management to foster professional development and accountability.
• Assist in planning, implementation, and monitoring of operational procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Support management of inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, team members, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Participate in training programs and onboarding of new staff members to ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain workplace safety standards and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting as required.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and make decisive decisions to address operational challenges.
