MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Maplewood store at 7259 Manchester Rd. You will support daily operations, lead staff, and champion customer service to ensure a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing store activities, creating schedules, managing inventory, handling cash, upholding safety standards, and contributing to marketing efforts to grow sales while developing team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent customer service and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
