Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Customer service experience, preferably in the food service industry.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety knowledge or certification (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of product quality and customer service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, cost control, and cash handling processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
