MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s Franchise in Arnold, MO, is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead staff. You will drive customer satisfaction, manage scheduling, and contribute to sales growth while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include team leadership, inventory control, cash handling, and hands-on involvement in operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
• Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory management and reporting.
• Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in handling various situations.
• Food safety knowledge (preferred).
• Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee cash management and daily financial reporting.
• Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Participate in hands-on food preparation and delivery operations as needed.
