Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments with quality and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, metrics, and cross-functional projects.
• Experience implementing process improvements or operational excellence programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, planning, purchasing, materials, and distribution teams to meet targets.
• Develop talent through recruitment, onboarding, training and performance planning.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and structured problem-solving methods.
• Manage production schedules, resources, and workflow prioritization to meet delivery goals.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, GMP, quality processes and workplace safety.
• Direct capital equipment evaluations and facility improvement projects.
• Manage departmental budgets and provide performance reports to leadership.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Customer Service, Sales and suppliers.
