Job summary

Anisa International, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to lead order management, planning, logistics, and ERP systems, ensuring seamless execution from PO to final delivery.

The role partners with Sales, Project Management, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to translate demand into plans, drive improvements, and provide clear visibility to risks and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7–10+ years in operations, order management, supply chain, planning, or logistics.
• Minimum three years of people-management experience.
• Strong ERP experience; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• CRM and workflow platforms experience; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success improving business processes and implementing system or workflow improvements.
• Strong understanding of international logistics, freight forwarding, shipping terms, inventory, and delivery management.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own operational planning processes that connect customer demand, production requirements, inventory, and delivery schedules.
• Lead system enhancements that improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, visibility, and scalability.
• Develop and manage KPI dashboards and reporting for operations performance.
• Mentor and develop the Operations team, including the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Project Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
