Job summary

Stone Alliance Group is seeking a Director, Customer Experience & Logistics to lead Customer Service, Customer Logistics and Distribution Planning. You will build scalable processes to support growth, improve the customer experience, and strengthen the supply chain.

Deep experience in customer-facing logistics and 3PL management is required. The role focuses on achieving OTIF performance, ERP-driven workflows, and continuous improvement across a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in supply chain operations, including logistics, distribution, and customer service.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports in customer service/logistics.
• Deep knowledge of Distribution Requirements Planning, logistics management, and distribution network design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer service function across order lifecycle with fast, accurate support.
• Develop scalable, standardized processes to improve case resolution, order accuracy, and satisfaction.
• Drive automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Partner with third-party providers to ensure systems meet business and customer needs.
• Build controls and audits for accurate order fulfillment, returns, and invoicing.
