Job summary

Anisa International, Inc. in Atlanta seeks a Project Management professional to partner with Sales and Account Managers on development execution and on-time delivery for brand partners.

You will plan, coordinate, and monitor internal projects from ideation to completion, collaborating with Plant, Logistics, Marketing and Sales to ensure OTIF delivery and accurate documentation. Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management or sales/account support.
• Experience with fast-paced product development or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project plans with milestones and owners.
• Coordinate with Plant, third-party suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Track progress, surface risks early, and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and change logs.
• Manage inbound quotation and sample requests; coordinate sample builds.
• Ensure quality checkpoints and compliance throughout development.
