Job summary

Anisa International seeks a Director of Operations to lead order management, planning, logistics, and ERP-driven systems. You will align demand with production, optimize data flow, and drive continuous improvement across Sales, Project Management, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

You will own KPI development and reporting, oversee master data governance, and lead cross-functional initiatives to scale operations while maintaining excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading order management, planning, logistics and ERP-driven operations.
• Ability to develop KPI dashboards and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong collaboration across Sales, PM, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Experience implementing system changes with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Own operational planning processes connecting demand, production and delivery.
• Lead systems optimization for NetSuite and related platforms.
• Establish planning cadences and cross-functional reviews.
• Improve data integrity, automation, and workflow standards.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for operational processes.
• Mentor and develop the Operations team, including an Operations Manager.
