Job summary

Social Supply is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to own our central information system. You will build and maintain dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and serve as the information hub across design, production, warehouse, and install teams.

You’ll drive real-time updates, track labor hours, coordinate with the Production Scheduler, and keep departments connected with clear notes and follow-ups. A detail-oriented, proactive communicator thrives here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, project coordination, or administrative support in deadlines-driven environments.
• Systems fluency with Monday.com or a comparable PM platform, building boards and automations.
• Obsessive accuracy and proactive communication with managers.
• A-Player mindset: proactive, solutions-oriented, and ownership of information.

Responsibilities

• Own the operations dashboard: build and maintain a centralized Monday.com workspace with upcoming jobs, status, and assignments.
• Chase the truth: source missing information and flag process changes to prevent gaps.
• Track jobs and alarm early: maintain a job calendar and surface at-risk items to prevent emergencies.
• Own labor hour data: collect, enter, and verify hours; flag discrepancies before approval.
• Run logistics support: build travel itineraries and assist with pre-event staff communication.
• Keep shelves stocked: monitor par levels and restock activity.
• Set new hires up to win: onboard new employees across required platforms on Day 1.
• Connect departments: communicate between Operations Manager and department heads; attend meetings and drive follow-ups.
