World Enterprises is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team and help us run more efficiently. You will dive into real data from sales, inventory, and shipping, building dashboards leadership can actually act on, and craft automations that replace manual spreadsheet work.

You will connect Shopify, Amazon, and ERP data so numbers stay consistent across reports, and you’ll help shipping invoice audits reduce surcharges.

Qualifications

• Fluent enough in Python or JavaScript to write a working script quickly.
• Real SQL experience against real databases and data sources.
• Ability to read API documentation and integrate tools rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Write SQL against sales, inventory, and shipping data and build leadership dashboards.
• Create small automations to replace spreadsheet processes.
• Wire Shopify, Amazon, and ERP data to ensure consistent reporting metrics.
• Develop internal tools to speed up customer service.
• Audit shipping invoices for carrier surcharge errors and save costs.
• Automate recurring weekly reports and help marketing tracking work reliably.
