Job summary
AIRSYS USA is seeking an IT Business Partner - Operations Systems to support manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations in the United States. You will serve as the liaison between business functions, the IT team, and implementation partners, driving system implementation and continuous improvement of ERP, MES, and related applications.
You will work on SAP EWM, MES, and data-driven improvements, ensuring stable day-to-day operations and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3–5+ years in manufacturing with business systems experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, SAP, MES.
- Strong understanding of production, warehouse, and logistics processes.
- Experience with requirements analysis, testing, training, or go-live support.
- Good English communication with US business users and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into system requirements and improvement plans.
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP and MES systems.
- Coordinate system upgrades, releases, and post-go-live support.
- Assist with data governance, master data rules, and access management.
- Lead or support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.
