Job summary

Satechi is hiring a Systems Operations Analyst to support and optimize business systems across ERP, WMS, EDI, and ecommerce integrations. You will troubleshoot data issues, develop reporting tools, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced operations environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in systems operations, hands-on NetSuite experience, advanced Excel skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in systems operations, ERP administration, business systems, or operations analysis.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience with saved searches, reporting, and light administration.
• Experience with Celigo integrator.io, RF-SMART WMS, RF-SMART Shipping/Pacejet, and TrueCommerce EDI.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, large datasets, and macros/VBA.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical system and process solutions.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support business systems including NetSuite ERP, RF-SMART WMS, TrueCommerce EDI, Pacejet, Celigo integrator.io, TMS, and ecommerce integrations.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions.
• Administer RF-SMART WMS: mobile workflows, permissions, devices, and configurations.
• Perform light NetSuite administration: saved searches, custom fields, forms, user setup, and integrations.
• Configure and support RF-SMART Shipping, Pacejet, Celigo, and TrueCommerce integrations.
• Build and maintain Excel-based reports, NetSuite saved searches, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Analyze recurring issues and identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain master data: items, packaging, barcodes, GTINs, label templates.
• Document configurations, workflows, troubleshooting steps, and ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure continuity.
