Job summary

Jobot is seeking an ERP System Administrator for our Beloit, WI manufacturing site. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the ERP environment, aligning planning and shop-floor execution with MES data, and enabling better material flow and production visibility.

You will work closely with Operations, Production Control, Supply Chain, and IT to implement system upgrades, dashboards, and reports that support capacity planning and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing, production planning, inventory, or operations.
• Experience with MES and manufacturing automation integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional ERP expertise and end-user support for the manufacturing operation.
• Assist with ERP upgrades, enhancements, configuration changes, and system improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reports to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Support integration between MES and ERP to enhance real-time data availability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production Control, IT, and management to align ERP with shop-floor needs.
