Job summary

Summit Building Services is seeking a Multi Site Operations Support Specialist to oversee client sites in Columbus, Zanesville, Logan, Cambridge, Marion and surrounding areas. This full-time role requires working Monday through Saturday after 5pm on a varying schedule.

You will supervise and develop team members, handle client requests, perform inspections, and ensure service coverage. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401K, paid vacations, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to travel to client sites.
• Able to pass drug test and background check.
• Availability Mon-Sat after 5pm on a varying schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members.
• Handle client requests or complaints in a timely manner.
• Provide coverage to unstaffed buildings to ensure service is completed.
• Arrange for coverage in case of employee absence.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure specifications are met.
• Correct deficiencies in buildings as needed.
• Complete work tickets and send reports to Area Manager.
• Recommend special project work when needed.
• Pursue ongoing education to gain competency in the role.

Job Skills / Requirements

Summit Building Services is looking for a Multi Site Operations Support Specialist to grow with our team. You will be working Monday-Saturday, 30-40 hours weekly after 5pm on a varying schedule. This position supports client sites in Columbus, Zanesville, Logan, Cambridge, Marion, and the surrounding areas.

Pay rate $23.00 per hour and includes: PTO, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.

You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely manner
