Position: Operations Support Specialist

Solvere Technical Group is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide programmatic support across IT and Control systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Review policies and directives, present assessments, develop and track metrics, prepare correspondence reports/forms, and create presentations following the appropriate style guide.
2. Arrange travel, schedule meetings, and coordinate teleconferencing services.
3. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of documented experience in a related role.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Minimum Education:

Associate’s degree in business, computer science, or information technology from an accredited college or university.

Security Clearance:

• Active Secret security clearance is required.

Location:

• Onsite in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
