Responsibilities

• Process incoming/outgoing wire transfers per policies.
• Perform account maintenance requests accurately and timely.
• Run daily reconciliations of deposit accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer incoming customer calls and direct inquiries to appropriate teams.
• Monitor/respond to requests through online and digital banking channels.
• Provide debit card and online/mobile banking support.
• Collaborate with many departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support staff with deposit operations and wire-related questions.
