Responsibilities

• Manage and track sales orders from initiation to completion.
• Verify order accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Source and purchase specialty parts and hardware efficiently.
• Provide excellent phone support and manage inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments accurately.
• Secure customer payments efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
• Handle essential documentation, including obtaining, preparing, and scanning.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM)

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience
