Job Title: Operations Support Specialist NF-04

Base Pay Range

$52,205.00/yr - $62,205.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Operations Support Specialist to the FMWR Director and senior leadership group.
  • Provide executive level advice on coordination, integration, and synchronization of staff actions and activities affecting FMWR.
  • Exercise independent judgment in support services, assisting with planning, reports, briefings, and special projects.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, briefings, manage meetings, and maintain calendars for the FMWR Director.
  • Oversee and coordinate service, supply, and procurement functions for the office.
Requirements
  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card required.
  • Meet all qualification, eligibility, and background requirements.
  • Potential one-year probationary period.
  • Complete employment verification (E-Verify).
  • Availability during operation hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Qualifications

Knowledge of management principles and practices; strong communication skills; proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.

Highly preferred: Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Office, customer service in administrative/logistical functions, and utilizing Power BI. All experience must be clearly stated in your resume.

Additional Information

The area of consideration is worldwide, including Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP).
