Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking an Operations Support Specialist for its Onsite Services (OSS) team. You will lead new customer contract implementations and provide back-fill for OSS Site Manager turnover, while ensuring safety compliance and regulatory adherence.

You will prepare logistics documents, coordinate transport and disposal of waste, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Engineering/Business or relevant field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% as required.

Responsibilities

• Site lead for new customer contract implementations and back-fill for OSS Site Manager turnover.
• Safety liaison ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Prepare Bill of Lading, Waste Manifests, and scheduling of transport/disposal.
• Identify and coordinate process improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.
• HR liaison ensuring policy compliance and collaborating with leaders to optimize staffing.
