Responsibilities

• Site lead for new customer contract implementations and back-fill for OSS Site Manager as needed.
• Safety liaison to ensure compliance of employees and processes at all times.
• Prepare shipping documents like Bill of Lading and Waste Manifests and coordinate trucking.
• Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.
• HR liaison to ensure policy compliance and support workplace needs.
• Collaborate with leaders and front-line teams to optimize staff deployment.
