Responsibilities include processing transactions, learning titles/liens, and understanding insurance-related processes.

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional training preferred.
• 1+ year in financial services.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review and process account transactions.
• Learn about automobile titles and liens.
• Learn about insurance products and insurance claims.
• Take inbound calls from insurance companies, impound yards, and various departments.
• Contact outside companies via telephone regarding automobiles.
• Communicate with various departments and branches.
• Report monthly data to management.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Maintain a positive workplace environment.
