You will lead engaging meetings, train staff on operations, compliance and collections, provide real time coaching, and cultivate high‑quality talent aligned with OneMain values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience with coaching a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Requirements

• College degree or experience with underwriting, credit decision, or related financial industry experience

Target base salary range is $44,000 - $62,150 , which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.

LOCATION: On site

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturday shifts
