OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager to lead an onsite team in Inverness, AL, delivering customer-focused lending options and modeling service excellence. You will drive branch performance through engaging meetings and real-time coaching to ensure staff success.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required.

Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts
