• Maintain accurate retail bank check records and transaction history.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding breaks related to check clearing activities and external bank accounts.
• Pursue continuous process improvements while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
