Invitation Homes is seeking a Manager, Operational Support to coordinate centralized functions that back Leasing and Property Management, including Leasing Experience, QA, and Delinquency. You will lead the Operational Support team and supervise a third‑party provider, aligning work across field offices to match market demand.

The role demands strong leadership, coaching, and process improvement, with collaboration to ensure excellent service for internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years in residential leasing or property management or similar.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience with Yardi and/or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-quality, engaged work environment and manage the Operational Support team.
• Oversee workforce planning for internal and third-party teams to meet seasonal demand.
• Coach and provide feedback to staff and third-party members for quality service and productivity.
• Partner with internal/external customers, Directors of Operations and Leasing Experience Directors.
• Hire, develop, and manage talent, and provide ongoing feedback.
