Blevins Holdings LLC is seeking a Manager, Operational Support to lead day-to-day operational initiatives and help ensure efficient, reliable service delivery across the organization. As the Manager, Operational Support, you will oversee operational workflows, coordinate cross-functional execution, and drive continuous improvement to enhance performance and customer experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in operations, support, or program execution, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational workflows, performance metrics, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
• Proven capability to diagnose operational challenges and implement practical, measurable solutions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in San Diego, CA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage operational support activities to ensure consistent execution of processes and service standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements to drive efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, support escalations, and maintain alignment on priorities.
