Position Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure efficient execution of processes.

Team Leadership

• Lead, manage, and develop operational teams.

Process Improvement

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Several years of progressive experience in operations management or a related leadership role.

• Strong understanding of business operations, performance management, and process improvement.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business or operational management systems.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

• Certified Manager (CM).

• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Operations or process improvement certifications.
