Job summary

Star Blends is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and long-term direction of our fleet department. You’ll oversee all fleet assets, drivers, logistics, and transportation operations to ensure safe, compliant, efficient, and reliable service for production and customer delivery needs.

You’ll work closely with Operations, Safety, Finance, and Dispatch while driving continuous improvement, elevating service levels, and ensuring our fleet is ready to support growth

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fleet, logistics, transportation, or related field.
• Strong understanding of DOT, FMCSA, and transportation compliance requirements.
• Experience managing fleet assets, preventive maintenance, and vendor relationships.
• A data‑driven mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with drivers, team members, vendors, and cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet strategy, performance, and long‑term direction.
• Oversee fleet assets, drivers, logistics, and transportation operations.
• Review budgets, fuel trends, and efficiency metrics.
• Coordinate with Safety, Dispatch, and cross‑functional partners.
• Travel between Sparta and Chippewa Falls sites to support operations.
• Coach the team with 1:1s and KPI reviews.
