• Develop and manage annual budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor variances.
• Ensure safety compliance with applicable laws and KS policies.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to shape operational strategy and organizational effectiveness.
• Represent KS in dealings with diverse stakeholder groups and meet community needs.
