Job summary

Punahou School in Honolulu is seeking an Operations Support to join the campus Operations team. The role covers pickup, delivery, set-up and take-down, rubbish collection, custodial tasks, driving, and general labor for various departments.

Hours are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with schedule changes as needed. Requirements: High school diploma, one year related experience, CDL with S-endorsement (to obtain within 1 year), clean driving record, and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related experience and/or equivalent training.
• Must possess a valid and current CDL with S-endorsement. If not present, obtain within 1 year.
• Clean driver’s abstract required.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with interruptions and multiple demands.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and delivery of goods and materials.
• Set-up and take-down for events and activities.
• Rubbish collection and custodial tasks as needed.
• General labor and moving tasks; assist other departments as needed.
• May provide food pickup/delivery support outside school hours.
