Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking an Operations Support Associate to handle document processing & data entry within our Finance team. You will contribute to efficient workflows through careful attention to detail and strong customer service skills.

You’ll manage end-to-end mail workflows, review client documents for policy compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to keep documents moving while supporting onboarding and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to follow structured processes.
• Comfortable with phone-based follow-up and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage returned mail workflows end-to-end including calls, scanning, emailing, and batching.
• Review and update client documents to meet internal policies and regulations.
• Answer operational and compliance questions via phone and email.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep documents moving and support onboarding.
