Job summary

North Coast Electric is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support billing, cash management, and order processing in a busy office environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and timely handling of daily tasks.

Eligible candidates will have proficiency with Office 365 apps and a proactive problem-solving approach, along with the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy in a fast-paced setting at our Portland-area office.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly goals for the N.C. Operations Scorecard
• Process customer billings and credits with accuracy and compliance
• Manage daily cash box and deposits of checks received
• Review monthly aging Will Call orders and their disposition
• Review and process Return Goods
• Review transfer discrepancies
• File and track carrier/vendor freight claims
• Resolve vendor shipping discrepancies
• Perform other duties as assigned
