Job summary

SIXT Boise is seeking an Operational Support Associate to be at the center of rental operations, delivering outstanding customer service, guiding customers through vehicle options and add-ons, and supporting fleet logistics in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage vehicle readiness, keep accurate records, collaborate across teams, and contribute to daily operations and planning, with flexible hours, room for career growth, and a rate of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service with a focus on delivering exceptional rental experiences.
• Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation with basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 18+ with valid U.S. work authorization and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional rental experiences by guiding customers through vehicle options and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support customers during their rental journey, ensuring satisfaction and collecting feedback.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, and coordination with service partners.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You deliver exceptional rental experiences by guiding customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities
• You support customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring satisfaction, collecting feedback, and maintaining high service standards
• You oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal
• You ensure vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging to maintain fleet efficiency and presentation
• You maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions while collaborating across teams to support daily operations and planning
