Job Title

Operations Support Administrator - Temporary

Job Description Summary

Provide administrative support for the Account Manager and all C&W Services employees within the region while working independently on projects. Perform accounting, bookkeeping, and record-keeping functions according to company procedures and the site contract.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure new employees are provided the appropriate access and are trained on the business automation tools used by C&W Services. May train directly or secure the appropriate subject matter expert.
  2. Assist hiring managers or local operators with employee hiring/onboarding, including background checks, Workday tasks, Form I-9 completion, and provisioning of assets.
  3. Coordinate with relevant partners such as Human Resources and Safety.
  4. Utilize business tools to create, manage, and bill customer work orders.
  5. Support regional management and finance in monthly financial closing, including report generation, journal entries, and analysis.
  6. Oversee transactional activities in Workday and Kronos, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  7. Assist in processing billing changes and ensure SOX compliance. Act as backup for other coordinators.
  8. Support operational leadership with data collection and analysis for client reviews and prepare presentation materials.
  9. Implement corporate programs, systems, and initiatives.
  10. Support special projects, events, and activities as required.
Additional Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Kronos, Workday, JDE is a plus.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
  • Strong numeracy and understanding of financial documents.
  • Technologically savvy with troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to document and optimize business processes.
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
