ThinkingStorm is an educational company that collaborates with technical colleges, community colleges, and four-year universities to provide customized online tutoring and academic support services to students across the United States.

The Position

The company is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist responsible for various tasks, including:

  1. End-User Support and Account Maintenance
  2. End-User and Client Relations
  3. Technology Testing and Documentation
  4. Other Miscellaneous Tasks

There is potential to take on tutoring hours if you have subject expertise in relevant college courses and subjects.

As an online tutoring provider serving diverse and remote students nationwide, responsive and empathetic end-user support is crucial for client satisfaction. ThinkingStorm is recognized for its high-quality support.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills (phone and email), technological aptitude, and a positive attitude. This is a remote position requiring a modern computer and reliable high-speed internet. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in CRM software, education technology, or customer support.

Details
  • Time Commitment: Estimated 10-20 hours per week, weekdays and/or weekends depending on availability
