This job classification has moved to a salary step structure as of January 1, 2025. Individuals hired into the classification will typically be appointed at step 1 of the salary range. They will advance to subsequent steps at specified intervals, with each step providing a 5% increase to the employee’s base salary until step 5 is reached. The salary range for this job classification is $104,291.20 - $126,755.20.
The negotiable salary offer for the Maintenance Support Administrator will be between $104,291.20 - $114,982.40 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
This position reports to the Manager of Maintenance Administration.
BART's Operations Department is seeking a Maintenance Support Administrator to join our team! This role within the System Access/Track Allocation team involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating work through the System Access process. The incumbent will ensure all projects (Capital and Maintenance) are coordinated with maintenance teams, attend planning meetings, and maintain a database of maintenance activities.
