Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Support for the St. Louis area to handle inbound calls, monitor delivery progress, and document stop data. You will audit data in real time, resolve issues with time windows, and coordinate with delivery teams, warehouses, and customers to keep shipments on track.

Responsibilities

• Real time audits of stop data input by delivery teams and reporting exceptions.
• Monitor progress of delivery teams and communicate issues with time windows.
• Receive inbound calls from delivery teams reporting issues and resolve them.
• Print, organize, and process paperwork related to the delivery process.
• Assist with warehouse duties and handle freight with a pallet jack when needed.
• Communicate essential details about issues to internal and external customers.
