Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Supervisor in New York, Inwood, to oversee shipments, prepare paperwork, and dispatch drivers while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires accuracy, timely communication, and strict adherence to OSHA and company policies.

You will work closely with Pilot Freight Services, customers, sales, and system operations to deliver reliable service, monitor KPIs, train staff, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The supervisor will be the primary interface between Pilot Freight Services, customers, sales, system operations and vendors and provide quality customer service, while meeting company policies and procedures.Essential Functions:Responsible for ongoing process analysis of operational systems, procedures, and staffing to drive continuous improvement in operating efficiencies.
