Job description

Our client, a financial services company, is looking to hire a Operations Support in Columbus, Ohio.

Pay Rate Range: $23-$24.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide retirement account support to financial advisors and branch employees
• Handle incoming calls and respond to questions related to retirement accounts, IRA products, contributions, distributions, and retirement tax
• Build and maintain positive client relationships while providing a high level of service
• Research and resolve client questions using internal and external resources and systems
• Follow established procedures to route processing requests to the appropriate teams
• Escalate complex inquiries for additional research and resolution
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting established team and department service goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult interactions professionally
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
• Retirement products experience is preferred but not required
• Current or previous Series 7 is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Must be able to work in the office every day for the first 90 days
